  1. Perfect! I had a load of okra in my CSA and still had trouble with the slime factor (especially in the pickled stuff). But grilling might do the trick - great piece!

  2. Meg you are going to LOVE it. It is incredibly addicting. I like to serve it with jalapeno cornbread, black-eyed peas, and greens for vegan southern comfort meal. Have fun.
